While you won’t find a classic overhang in the outfield like you had in the old Tiger Stadium, Comerica Park makes up for it elsewhere. For the best bargain get Skyline seats (section 345) for just $5. They’re up in the left-field corner of the upper deck, but at that price who’s complaining. Want to catch a foul ball? Try seats in the infield or outfield boxes, which range in price from $32-42. Wanna snag a home run? Try the Pavilion seats in left ($15), with the bullpens right in front of you, or the Grandstand in right field ($22). 

If you’re more interested in being pampered and enjoying a gourmet meal, head to the Tiger Den ($62). Large windows along the front provide a great view from beyond the first base line. The Den is also a great place to stay dry during a rain delay; if you don’t want to drop the cash to eat there, you can try to sneak in through the adjacent souvenir shop and sit in the cushy seats in the lobby. Club seats ($27) are also a comfortable and roomy way to catch the game. Located in the last row before the concourse between the first and third baseline, the club seats offer a pair of cushioned chairs with a table in between and, did we mention, plenty of room.

The best bet is to have a seat in Kaline’s corner in right field, named for former Tiger great Al Kaline. An $8 bleacher ticket is a steal and comes with a food voucher for a slice of pizza or a hot dog and a small soft drink.

If the game’s sold out (and only if it’s sold out), 3,000 standing room only tickets go on sale for $15 a pop.

Scalpers may have tickets for less than face value, but be careful because scalping is illegal in Michigan and prohibited on Comerica property (so the ‘but I was buying/selling it for less than face’ argument might not matter if you’re busted).
